"Dear Blue Dahlia Bistro,
Thank you so much for the most wonderful food experience at our wedding.  You totally captured my want for food to warm the heart and feed my soul.  You guys were so great at making the food not only delicious but also beautiful.  The "after-tizers" we served in the middle of the night were icing on the cake. Our dessert table was incredible; my only disappointment was watching how quickly the chocolate cake and cheesecake disappeared.  (I was not above licking the spatula to get the last bit!)  I wish the best of luck to you and your first-rate team.  You guys truly made the catered experience feel like a five star restaurant.  Please let me know if any bride wants my two cents in the future because you guys were so amazing!

Croissants $15/dozen
Assortment of mini-croissants: butter,
almond, hazelnut chocolate and apricot.
Served with butter and jam.
Smoked Salmon Platter $72
Smoked Salmon served with herbed and plain cream cheese, capers, cucumbers, tomato, red onion and grapes.  Served with baguette. Serves approximately 10-12.
Fresh Fruit $40
Fresh cut cantaloupe, honeydew
melon, mango, strawberries,
blueberries and raspberries.
Whole Frittata $60
Choice of: Mushroom, leeks
and havarti frittata; Portabella, red
pepper and feta frittata; or Sausage, mozzarella and parmesan frittata.

(Choose 5 of the following Tartines) 

~ Chicken salad with nuts, dried
cranberries, cranberry chutney
~ Blue Dahlia Brie with homemade jam and walnuts

Meat Platter $85
Proscuitto, saucisson sec and ghost pepper salami with olives, cornichons and Dijon mustard. Served with homemade baguette, artisan wheat, pumpernickel raisin and Swiss muselix breads.
Hummus and Tabouleh Platter $65
Hummus, tabbouleh, Kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with homemade baguette, artisan wheat, pumpernickel raisin and Swiss muselix breads.
